Governor’s Grill at Sofitel Luang Prabang presents a Farm to Table theme with a Lao twist on its creations.

All our ingredients and food products, including the feta from the Buffalo Dairy farm, vegetables sourced from nearby organic farms, and sausages procured from a local German Butcher, are locally obtained. Delight in the authentic Laotian flavors by indulging in local favorites, such as the refreshing Watercress soup, or opt for classic dishes like Tenderloin and Burger, available in both Western or Lao fusion styles. Explore our specialties, such as the succulent baby pork ribs with pickled garlic, or the flavorful free-range pork chop. We also offer a variety of options for vegetarian and vegan diners, including Stir-fried Grilled Tofu with Tomato Salsa.
