Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 (local time), up to 7 days prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.

Special information
Mandatory Gala Dinner supplements to be paid directly at the hotel will be as follows: – Christmas Eve dinner (on 24th Dec) : $180 per adult and New Year’s Eve dinner: $200 per adult (on 31st Dec). 50% discount applicable for kids.

The room is available from 14:00.

The room must be vacated by 1260 at the latest.

Children Policy
Free accommodation and breakfast for up to 2 child(ren) under 12 y. sharing the parents room (by using existing bedding, or if the room is large enough, a crib or a rollaway bed) having breakfast as a family.

Special term for children
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by at least one of the parents and present official ID. Responsible person named by parents must present parent s written authorization (with certified signature).

Credit Card Payment Charge
Credit card used for prepayment must be shown at Check in. In case purchase card cannot be shown, guest will be required to pay room charge in full amount. Hotel will not be responsible for any fee during the refund procedure.
